Cariera

Nascut in San Diego,California el a fost antrenat de bine cunoscutul sau unchi,Rey Mysterio Sr.El a debutat in Aprilie 1989,la varsta de 14 ani,in o mica biserica dein Mexic.

Dupa o cariera in brandurile WCW si ECW,in 2002 a semnat cu WWE-ul.Acolo el s-a concentrat mai mult pe echipe pana in anul 2005,cand cel mai bun prieten al sau Eddie Guerrero din pacate a murit.De atunci el s-a concentrat sa castige titlul World Heavyweight. Desi a pierdut titlul in fata Regelui Booker el a ramas acelasi Rey Mysterio ca in perioada cand era campion mondial.
